Rouge autour du monde / Red around the world

Il y a longtemps que je veux partir, obstinement. Il y a quatre ans j'ai ecrit au dessus de mon ordinateur: "il faut partir". Mais il y a sans doute dix ans que j'y songe. je voulais faire le tour du monde. Et puis surtout un long voyage, d'au moins un an, ailleurs, loin. L'idee du tour du monde du rouge s'est doucement imposee. La couleur, c'est toujours ce qui attire mon regard et seduit mon pinceau, et plus que tout autre, la couleur ROUGE. Cela m'a pris du temps. Du temps pour oser aller au bout de mon reve. Du temps a reunir l'argent necessaire. J'avais reuni une petite somme il y a 3 ans, mais je suis tombee assez malade et j'ai du puise dans cette caisse precieuse... et faire a la place de mon beau voyage le long tour de quelques hopitaux. Et recommencer a zero.

Voila. Peu ont autant desire un voyage mais ca y est, il y a une petite ligne rouge sur la terre, et c'est la mienne.

Je dedie ce blog, afin qu'ils reprennent courage, aux lents, aux inquiets, a ceux qui pensent qu'ils "n'y arriveront jamais", mais qui ont au coeur un reve fou, tenace et doux.

I have been wanting to leave for a long time, obstinately. 4 years ago I wrote above my computer: "one must go". But I have probably been thinking about it for about 10 years. I wanted to go around the world. And then above all a long journey, at least one year long, elsewhere, far. The idea of a tour around the world of the color red slowly imposed itself. Color is what always attracts my gaze and seduce my broche, and beyond any other color, RED. (to know more about my red project and my itinerary, go in "the red project").

It took me time. Time to dare to reach my dream. Time to gather enough money. I had a good little amount 3 years ago but I got quite sick and had to use that precious tresor... and instead of my beautiful journey I had to tour few hospitals. And start again from scratch.

There it is. Few have had that much desire for a trip but this is it, there is a little red line on earth, and it's mine.

I offer this blog, to give them some courage, to the slow, the worried, those who think they "will never make it" but have a crazy, tenacious and sweet dream at heart.
