The challenge was to pay tribute to this iconic venue and the richness of its iconographic collections. Brought together notably in the can-can costumes, red, white, and blue are the venue’s most striking colors. These three colors run through the book, linking La Goulue and Mistinguett to the extraordinary feather and rhinestone costumes of contemporary shows.
